You don’t have to choose between deep tissue results and all the health benefits that come with a circulatory aka Swedish massage. I have found that blending Swedish with other therapeutic techniques like deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy is a powerful yet gentle way to promote healing and resolve issues. All massage sessions are customizable so we can plan to spend more time or pressure focusing on your favorite (or problematic) areas.

All sessions include complimentary hot towels, organic aroma therapy & organic oils or lotions. 


Organic Oils 

Organic herb infused oils to provide nourishment to the skin and to assist your body in the healing process. Lotions and herb free oils are also available. Face and hair can be avoided if needed and hot towels are used to assist in melting away tension and removing any excess oil so you leave feeling fresh. 

Aroma therapy choices include lavender, eucalyptus, orange, lemon grass, peppermint, ylang ylang, and a rotating list of other organic essential oils to compliment your massage experience free of charge.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early and enjoy a cup of organic herbal tea before your session. This gives you time to unwind get grounded and focus on what our goals will be for the session.
